Mostar

This was a restaurant and campsite below Mostar on the Neretva River, and close to the Žitomislić (Serbian Orthodox) Monastery.
...and this is a lovely little bar, serving good beer (and proper Bosnian coffee) in the middle of old Mostar...
...notice the name of this restaurant: "Han" - as in the Turkish word for an Inn
This is the famous bridge: I could hardly get onto it, let alone get a photo...
This is on the northern (Muslim?) side of the bridge. Buildings damaged in the war, and bullet holes still evident.
And then a view back to that bridge. I guess the river must be pretty deep there, if you see how high that diving board is!!
