Trebinje is the most southerly city in B&H, and has an almost French Mediterranean feel about it.  There is a little church up on a hill close to the centre, the Church of the Saint Archangel Michael.  The Tourist Information woman in the city warned me not to go there (so of course I went!).

Trebinje wasn't much caught up in the Bosnian War, so it has a more laid back feel about it, with a beautiful central square with market, cafes and restaurants...

This girl engaged me in conversation about the foundation this stall was supporting...[must look up the details...] and she sold me some lovely black-currant juice: tasted just like Ribena!
