   Dear Andrew,
   So shocked and sorry to hear about your son Ben.
   I had no idea, just assumed you were away travelling.
   As a mother to two sons myself, I am really feeling for you
   and the rest of your family. Thankyou for letting the group
   know in this way, it must be very difficult to get back to a new
   normal without Ben in it. Sending deepest condolences,
