Floorboards…

…now the question is how to treat, lay, fix, sand and treat again the boards!  I am looking at using Sadolin or Bona decking oils (both vegetable-oil based) – must get in touch with Woodstock in Falmouth for advice…
… if anyone has experience with 38 mm thick decking, advice would be welcome!!  These are just laid out ready for the reverse side to be treated…a bit more joist-work needed then I can treat and turn them, decide what length to cut (1/4 need cutting, but 3/4 will stay full length)  and fix the outside ones and wait for rain to see how much they expand…
